In case of products which are available on subscription basis (Monthly, yearly or with any other different period), refund can be applied within 7 days from date of payment/purchase. Here in this case client can get full refund by discontinuing the subscription. Refund can’t be applicable after 7 days period. the 7 days buffer period may vary in future. In case of buying downloadable products, refund is not applicable as use of downloaded products can’t be stopped. In this case we are always here to provide fair support if customer is facing any problem in product which should be taken care from our side.
